Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US, please do not place an order yet, checkout will not be able to calculate shipping for your address.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 5-9 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order within the US. Shipping charges, if any apply to your order, are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email us and we will look into it.

Wrong address

If you entered the wrong address, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it if the order has not shipped. Once a package ships to an incorrect address, we cannot recover it.

Returns & Refunds

Our policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the jacket must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Sizing

This jacket runs slightly smaller than typical US sizing. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you receive the wrong size, contact us and we'll help you exchange it.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong

This is different, and it is on us. Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You will not be asked to ship anything back.

How to start a return

Email bisherz144@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
Ship the item back. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. How quickly it appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
