How does the heating actually work?

The jacket has carbon fiber heating panels built into the chest, back, and collar. Press the power button to cycle through three heat settings. It's powered by any standard USB power bank (10,000mAh or similar) - the power bank is sold separately and not included.

How long does it stay warm?

On a full charge with a standard 10,000mAh power bank, you get roughly 8 to 12 hours of steady warmth, depending on which heat setting you use.

Is it machine washable?

Yes. The shell is machine washable. We recommend removing or disconnecting the power bank first and following the care label inside the jacket.

What sizes are available?

S through 6XL. Sizing runs slightly smaller than typical US sizing, so check the size chart on the product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up.

Does the hood come off?

Yes, the hood zips on and off. Keep it on for extra wind protection, or remove it for a lighter jacket.

Is the shell waterproof?

It's wind-resistant and moisture-resistant, built for everyday cold-weather use like commuting, dog walks, or running errands. It's not designed for prolonged heavy rain or submersion.

How fast will it arrive?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days and typically arrive within 5-9 business days. We currently ship within the US only. You'll get tracking by email when it ships. Full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I return it?

Unworn, unwashed jackets in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery, yes. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, that's on us, send a photo and we'll replace it or refund you, no return shipping required.

Is my payment secure?

Checkout runs on Shopify Payments. Card details go straight to the payment processor over an encrypted connection, we never see or store your card number.
